‘When Punishing is Not Enough’ is a Canadian (Quebec) documentary that sheds light on the process of restorative justice through the eyes of Restorative Justice Facilitators.

The documentary features the stories of several victims and offenders, but also the facilitators who guide them through the journey to repair the harm. Join us for a panel discussion after the film with special guests from PEI’s Restorative Justice Program.
